Shootlanzer is 2D shoot 'em up that puts you in the cockpit of Leona Almeida as you blast through waves of relentless Iglid soldiers. Packed with fast-paced action, it’s a thrilling homage to classic arcade legends like R-Type and Gradius. 

Leona’s story is a baptism by fire; as a rookie stranded behind enemy lines, she discovers an imminent plot against her country, and rushes back to warn them, taking down as many enemies as she can along the way. With several types of firing patterns, screen-clearing bombs, and an evasive dodging maneuver, Shootlanzer’s high-speed combat sets the stage for an underdog story of triumph over the commanding generals of the Iglid Empire.

This demo requires a gamepad to play.  For the best experience, an arcade stick set to "PC mode" is recommended, but Shootlanzer can also be played using any XInput device such as an Xbox controller or similar 3rd-party PC game pads.

• The first time you launch the game, it will require a bit of extra time to create certain configuration files. Please allow it time to do so.
